What exactly is OFFLIFE?
OFFLIFE is an activity book with 52 practical things to do away from a screen. Choose by mood, time, place and company and begin straight away.
Is it a digital detox or challenge?
No. There is nothing to maintain, tick off or measure. The book simply offers a more appealing alternative when you would otherwise scroll without thinking.
Who is the book for?
For adults who want to do enjoyable things more often without lots of planning. Many activities also work with a partner, friends or family.
How many activities are included?
There are 52 activities across six directions: going out, nature, moving and playing, making and trying, connecting, and slowing down.
Do I need special supplies?
Almost never. Most ideas use ordinary items, a nearby place or nothing but time and attention.

When will I receive the digital edition?
A personal download link is emailed to you immediately after successful payment.
Which file format do I receive?
You receive a high-quality full-colour PDF for laptop, tablet and personal printing.
Can I print the digital edition?
Yes. You can print individual pages or the full file for personal use. The screen version looks best in colour.
Can I write in the PDF on a tablet?
The pages have space for annotations. Available writing tools depend on your PDF app.
What if the download email does not arrive?
Check your spam folder and the address in your order confirmation. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we will help.

What is the difference between paperback and hardcover?
The paperback is lighter, more flexible and more affordable. The hardcover has a sturdy cover and feels more premium and gift-worthy.
What size is the book?
The physical editions are A5: portable yet roomy enough to read and write comfortably.
How many pages does the book have?
Both physical editions have about 100 pages, including 52 activities, explanations, navigation and extra pages.
Is the digital edition included with the physical book?
Yes. Both paperback and hardcover include the digital edition.
Are the books held in stock?
Physical editions are made to order in the Netherlands, avoiding unnecessary stock.

Which payment methods do you accept?
At launch you can pay securely with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Checkout always shows the methods currently available.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Consumer prices include VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly shown before payment.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After payment, confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Can I still change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because physical books are made to order, changes cannot be guaranteed after production starts.

Which carriers do you use?
The available carrier and shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment.
Can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you receive the details by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the book and packaging. We will find a suitable solution.

Do I have to do the activities in order?
No. Browse, choose what fits the moment and close the book again.
Can I use the book with children?
The book is written for adults, but several activities also work well with children or as a family.
Can I return a digital product?
For immediate digital delivery, we ask you to consent to delivery starting and the right of withdrawal ending before download. Always contact us about technical problems.
